Citer nih directed by Oren Peli (director bru) and produced by Steven Spielberg (ya...Steven Spielberg!!). Movie nih first premiered at the Screamfest Film Festival in US on October 14, 2007, and kuar kat Slamdance Film Festival on January 18, 2008. Movie nih release in several U.S. cities on October 9, 2009 and had a nationwide release on October 16, 2009.

Citer nih kisah ader satu kapel nih, Katie and Micah, who are haunted by a supernatural presence in their home. The movie is presented in a documentary style, using footage from the camera set up by the couple to capture what is haunting them. Lebih kurang cam style The Blair Witch Project lo (But much......much...MUCH more scarier).

The original ending, as attached to the video sent to potential distributors, has Katie returning to the bedroom, after the struggle heard downstairs, wielding a knife and having blood on her tank top. She sits next to the bed and rocks back and forth throughout the remainder of the following day. Her friend Amber arrives the next night and flees the house upon discovering Micah's body downstairs. When two police officers arrive, Katie comes out of her catatonic state and approaches them. The officers instruct her to drop the knife and shoot her after a confused Katie fails to do so. The film ends with the officers discovering the running camera.

The 2nd ending is the theatrical version of the film was suggested by Steven Spielberg himself. Ending dier, after the struggling tuh tetiber senyap. Then dgr footsteps org naik tangga. Then silent kejap lagi and tertiber jer Micah was thrown straight towards the camera and died. Then Katie pegi kat mayat Micah n sniff / lick (dunno..hehehe) muka Micah.

Another alternate ending shows Katie returning to the bedroom with the knife and slitting her own throat in front of the camera. The version of the film with this ending was shown at only one public viewing.

Personally aku lebih suker yg original ending. Sbb makes more sense...to me la...hehehe. So kalu korunk x tgk lagi gi tgk la wei. Seyes puas beb! Kalah citer The Blair Witch Project tuh. LOL

Horror film favorite aku kener re-make and akan datang kat pawagam tahun depan. Aku dah tau lamer dah yg film nih akan di re-make tp tuh rumor jer dulu. So xtau btul x. Then maser citer Fiday the 13th yg re-make tuh kuar, Michael Bay (Producer) Ader ckp yg next horror remake dier, citer nih;

A Nightmare On Elm Street

Aku cam....WAHHHHH gler r! Sbb dier wat remake citer Friday the 13th tuh gempak gler. Jason (Villain) nampak ganas gler. Citer pon agak ganas gak ar. So aku cam x tkot sgt la kalu dier yg produce citer nih and citer Friday the 13th tuh pon trus jd number 1 highest-grossing horror franchise ngan total $380,637,525. COOL SIOT~!

Citer nih kuar dulu tahun 1984 (aku blum lahir lagi~) and was directed by Wes Craven. Citer nih jd ground-breaking ngan special efeks yg dier pakai and one of the most successful horror movie ever. Citer nih gak la yg launch career Johnny Depp. Yep 84's Nightmare on Elm Street was his first acting debut. Movie to jd so successful dat it demanded a sequel. 7 actually, not including the Freddy VS Jason movie.

First time aku tgk citer nih kat ASTRO maser aku skolah rendah. Maser tuh citer Nightmare on Elm Street 3 : Dream Warrior. Aku maser tuh xtau pon nih citer psl aper. Then ibu aku yg ckp citer nih best n seram gler. Aku pon can wahhhh ibu aku layan citer camnih dulu rupernyer...bru aku tau maser tuh HAHAHAHA. Anyway aku pon layan la...and best siot. Lepas tuh trus aku bli sumer full set movie dier and i can't get enough hahahaha and my favorite is the first movie. Stylo gler. Hehehe

So anyway, this re-make film nih is directed by Samuel Bayer. Nih first time dier direct a full length movie. Sbb sblum nih dier direct music videos jer ( Nirvana's 'Smells like teen spirit' and Green Day's 'American Idiot', 'Wake me up when september ends'). So hopefully se-gempak or lagi gempak dari sumer mv yg dier wat.

The producer stated that the film would be a remake of the 1984 film, but clarified that they would be borrowing certain character deaths and dream sequences from the entire Nightmare series.

Oh and one more thing. For this re-make version, the original Freddy Krueger, Robert Englund will not make it. He'll be replace by Jackie Earle Haley and suprisingly, Robert is ok with it. Cool...i guess hehehehe
